We stand behind our products with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
Return Eligibility

Return window: 30 calendar days from delivery date.

Consumption limit: If products have more than 50% of contents used we will not accept the return.

Packaging condition: Remaining product must be in its original packaging.

Return required: All eligible items - opened or unopened - must be returned.

Return shipping: Customer pays return postage; refund issued once we receive and inspect the return.
How to Start a Return
Email us at contactbreezyco@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. Our team will guide you from there. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to process on their end. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Want a different product instead? Let us know when you reach out and we'll sort an exchange for you, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos to assess the issue. Once verified, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
